Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as energy and superfood bites), returns are not accepted. We maintain this policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Clear photographs of the damaged packaging or the incorrect item received.

A brief description of the issue.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

To cancel: Email us at customer@rauwtribe.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If the shipped order arrives damaged, please follow the process outlined in Section 2 above.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by our team:

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

You can expect the credit within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will only be processed for orders that meet the specific conditions outlined in this policy (e.g., verified damaged or incorrect items).
